PIZZA DOUGH 
Dissolve 1 package yeast in 3/4 cup warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 cups flour (1 1/2 white unbleached and 1/2 whole wheat works best). Add flour; stir in slowly. Let rise 1 hour. Put on greased pizza pans and bake crusts 10 minutes (for thick) checking for air bubbles. Remove and add sauce and toppings. Bake at 450 degrees until done, about 15 minutes. Makes 2 thin or 1 thick crust.
