MOM'S OLD FASHIONED EGG NOODLES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4-6 eggs, beaten

Mix dry ingredients and then mix in the eggs. Roll on to a well floured surface and roll to about 1/4" thickness or less. Sprinkle with flour over the top and cut into desired widths. (I use a pizza cutter.) Drop into hot liquid, such as chicken or beef broth. Cook until tender.
