CHEESE CAKE (CHOCOLATE) | |
CRUST: 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. butter, melted Mix together and pat in 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. FILLING: 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted (optional) Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla. Use electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs. Take 1 cup of this batter, blend in chocolate. Spoon plain and chocolate batter alternately over crust. Cut thru batter with knife several times. Add batter, bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Loosen cake from pan. Remove pan and chill. This can be served plain or with your favorite topping. |
