MEAT BALLS 
2 c. oatmeal
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. onions, diced
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients together and shape into meatballs; place side by side in baking dish. (Do not stack.)

SAUCE FOR MEATBALLS:

4 c. ketchup
3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. onions
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix items together and pour over the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
