CHINESE SESAME SEED CHICKEN 
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp. sesame seed
Dash each of salt, onion, powder and garlic powder
4 boneless chicken breasts pounded to 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup buttermilk
4 tbsp. peanut oil or olive oil

Mix bread crumbs, corn flakes, sesame seed and seasonings. Dip chicken in buttermilk then into crumb mixture, coating both sides. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Dip in Teriyaki sauce made from 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce and 1 Tbsp. corn starch, heated till thickened.
