COCKTAIL MEATBALLS WITH SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

SAUCE:

1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (7 oz.) jar grape jelly
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix top 7 ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Turn meatballs to brown other side after 10 minutes.

While these brown, combine sauce ingredients in separate container. Drain fat off the meatballs; place in baking dish and cover with the sauce. Bake in covered pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 3 dozen meatballs.
