MAKE AHEAD SALAD | |
2 pkgs. tapioca pudding 3 c. milk 4 handfuls of miniature marshmallows 1 med. size carton Cool Whip 1 lg. size can crushed pineapple 2 cans mandarin oranges Chopped nuts Maraschino cherries (optional) Cook pudding and milk until thick. Remove from heat and add marshmallows. Cool. Add Cool Whip. Add drained pineapple and mandarin oranges. Reserve some of the mandarin oranges for garnish on top if desired. Mix all together. Add chopped nuts if desired. Garnish with mandarin oranges and maraschino cherries. Can use other fruits if desired and/or cut recipe in half for smaller serving. |
