BLACKBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix with pudding
1 (3 oz.) box blackberry Jello
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1 c. blackberry wine

Dump ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed 1 minute. Do not over beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes in tube or loaf pan.

GLAZE:

1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. less 2 tbsp. wine

Glaze cake after cake has cooled.
