PEANUT BUTTER ROUNDS 
1 (24 oz.) pkg. chocolate bark
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Ritz crackers
1 912 oz.) jar peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

Spread peanut butter between two crackers. Melt bark in microwave 1-2 minutes (or low heat on stove). Dip crackers in bark with tongs and set on tray of waxed paper to cool. Can be stored in refrigerator or freezer. Makes about 48.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
