LIME YOGURT MOLD 
2 sm. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
16 oz. low fat unflavored yogurt
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple (20 oz.) undrained
1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/3 c. chopped cherries (optional)

Add Jello to boiling water. Cool 5 minutes. Add other ingredients with yogurt last. Chill 2 hours. (Can be used with other flavors.) Use with cold meat or as a dessert.
