CHICKEN A DOBO 
Chicken or chicken breasts, skinned
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 lg. chopped onion

Salt and pepper the chicken (no flour). Brown chicken in cooking oil for about 15 minutes. While browning chicken mix together 2 1/2 tablespoons flour and 2/3 cup water. Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup vinegar. Set aside.

Saute 1/2 large chopped onion in 3 tablespoons cooking oil. Add chicken, soy sauce mixture and 1 1/2 cups water for gravy. Cook covered approximately 30 minutes on low heat. Serve with rice.
