MEAT LOAF, NO FUSS 
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. herb stuffing mix
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1/4 c. catsup; optional
Salt and pepper; optional

Mix meat, stuffing mix, salt and pepper in bowl. Combine tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce in food processor, mix until tomatoes are crushed. Add the meat mixture, combine well. Press lightly into a greased 8 cup ring mold. Unmold into jelly roll pan, brush with catsup. Bake, let stand 10 minutes. Center can be filled with cooked vegetables. Bake 40-60 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8.
