BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. milk
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate squared
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
24 graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 or 3 bananas, sliced
Pecans
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Make graham cracker crust: Mix 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup butter (melted). Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool crust.

Chocolate Sauce: 8 ounce cream cheese, 1/3 cup milk, and 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares. Heat cream cheese, milk, and chocolate squares over low heat until smooth. Add 2 cups powdered sugar. Mix until blended.

Soften ice cream. Spread over graham cracker crust. Next, spread the sliced bananas. Pour the chocolate sauce and then the Cool Whip. Sprinkle the pecans on top. Freeze. Allow to soften slightly before serving.
