SWEET ROLLS-CINNAMON 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 egg
5-6 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins or nuts

Pour boiling water over butter and sugar in a large bowl and also salt. Stir until lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the egg mix and other mixture. Add 5-6 cups flour; mix well. Will keep in refrigerator well.

Let raise until doubled in bulk. Put on floured board. Roll out. Put butter over dough. Add cinnamon and sugar. Roll up; cut into 1 inch rolls. Put on greased pan. Let rise until almost double. Bake in 350 degree oven 15-25 minutes until light brown. Let cool. Frost with frosting.
