ROASTED RED PEPPER DIP | |
1 env. Lipton Onion-Mushroom Recipe Soup Mix 1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers packed in oil, undrained 1/2 tsp. basil leaves 1/4 tsp. oregano Suggested Dippers In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except Suggested Dippers and blend until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours. Makes about 2 cups dip. Suggested Dippers: Use Mozzarella sticks, bread sticks, sliced pepperoni, cooked tortellini, pitted ripe olives or cherry tomatoes. |
