MEXICAN BEEF 
1 chuck roast
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 jar hot banana peppers in thin strips
1/2 jar med. hot banana peppers in thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup
1 chopped med. onion

1. Cook chuck roast to well done. Shred in large saucepan.

2. Add Lipton Onion Soup, green pepper, onion and peppers, salt and pepper.

3. Add about a cup of medium hot pepper liquid and any juice from roast.

4. Cook until peppers and onions are done.

5. Serve on hard rolls.
