CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. diced chicken
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. minced onion

First saute onion and celery. Then mix all together and put in baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. Special K cereal
1 tbsp. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. melted butter

Sprinkle over the top of other ingredients. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 6-8.
