PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple 6 to 10 slices of white bread 4 eggs Combine sugar with softened butter and mix well. Beat in 4 eggs. Add 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple. Add 6 to 10 slices of white bread, broken into pieces or enough to absorb most of the moisture. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased dish, covered with aluminum foil. Toward the end of the baking time remove the foil and let the top brown. |
