PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING 
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
4 slices bread, cut in cubes

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add pineapple and bread. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
