BRANDIED SPICE COFFEE 
1/3 c. ground coffee
1/2 tsp. brandy extract
1 1/2 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
1/4 tsp. whole cloves
1/4 tsp. whole allspice

Place coffee in a food processor or blender. With processor running, add extract. Stop and scrape sides, process 10 seconds longer. Place in container and mix in spices. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 8 (6 ounce) servings when brewed.
