MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter, 1 stick 2 tbsp. sugar 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. flour, sifted 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla, cream well. Add flour and salt. Mix well and add pecans. Shape into crescents (1/2 teaspoon) about 1" long. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Yield: 4 dozen. |
