2 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 c. well drained horseradish
1 lg. onion, diced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. hot well seasoned mashed potatoes
2 eggs
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. chili sauce

Combine all ingredients expect potatoes. Mix thoroughly. Pack into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes. Just before serving top with hot mashed potatoes. Cut in wedges to serve.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
