PINEAPPLE CAKE WITH ICING 
2 c. flour (all-purpose)
2 c. granulated sugar
2 (#2) cans crushed pineapple
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs

ICING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 stick butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix first 6 ingredients well in large bowl. Pour mixture into a 9 x 12 x 2 inch greased and floured baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool, leaving cake in pan.

Icing: Mix all 3 ingredients in a small bowl, blending well. Ice cake in pan.

Note: Let cream cheese soften at room temperature before trying to blend.
