INSTANT PUDDING DESSERT 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans (walnuts)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Cool Whip (from 9 oz. carton)

Combine melted butter with flour and nuts. Pat in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over the crust. Refrigerate.

Combine pudding, milk and vanilla. Spread over previous layers. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
