LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE | |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) linguini noodles 4 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. olive oil 3 cloves minced garlic 3 cans (6 1/2 oz.) chopped clams, drained 1/2 c. half & half 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cook linguini; drain. In saucepan, melt butter in oil. Add garlic and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in half & half and clams; heat through (do not boil). Place hot linguini in a serving bowl. Pour clam mixture over top. Add parsley and cheese. Toss. Serves 4. |
