CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
4 lg. celery stalks
2 med. onions
1 1/2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. potatoes (instant)
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
Chives

Chop celery and onions; add water; simmer 30 minutes. Strain. Stir bouillon into strained water. While hot pour over potatoes, stirring until they dissolve. Add butter, milk and chives. Serves 6.
