CHICKEN BREASTS WITH MUSHROOMS 
6 breasts, split
2 cans mushrooms
2 cans Weight Watchers mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. croutons
1/4 c. butter
6 oz. grated Swiss

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Put chicken in pan, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Sprinkle mushrooms and cheese over chicken. Melt butter, coat croutons. Mix soup with wine. Pour over top. Sprinkle top with croutons. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
