CHICKEN SHELLS 
1 med. onion
Butter
1 chicken cooked and boned or canned
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
1 c. drained canned peas
Lg. macaroni shells, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
2 c. shredded cheddar or colby cheese

Saute onion in butter. Mix together onion, chicken, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and peas. Fill macaroni shells with chicken mixture. Mix soup and water. Pour over shells; top with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.
