BLACK FOREST MOUSSE 
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 c. cold water
1 (4 serving size) INSTANT chocolate flavor pudding mix
3/4 tsp. almond extract
1 can cherry pie filling, chilled
2 c. whipping cream, whipped

In large bowl, beat chocolate with sweetened condensed milk. Beat in water, then pudding mix and 1/2 teaspoon extract. Freeze 5 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon equal portions into 10 to 12 dessert dishes. Stir remaining 1/2 teaspoon extract into cherry filling; spoon over desserts. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
