STUFFED PISTOLLE ROLLS 
1 doz. Pistolle rolls
1 lb. ground round
1 sm. onion
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. (1 sm. pkg.) broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. rice, cooked
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown meat, add onion and cook until clear; drain and season. Add chopped cheese, cooked broccoli and cooked rice. Cut tops of Pistolle rolls. Hollow out insides. Fill with mixture and put tops on. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. This freezes well.
