BANANA PUDDING 
1 box French vanilla instant Jello pudding
2-3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
3-4 bananas
12 oz. box vanilla wafers

Prepare pudding as directed on box. In double boiler, add egg yolks, sugar, vanilla flavoring and prepared pudding. Cook on medium heat until thick. Layer bananas and wafers as you desire. Pour pudding mixture over bananas and wafers. Then cover with stiffly beaten egg whites. Put in oven on "bake" until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
