CHIMICHANGA 
3 cans cooked chicken
1 can chopped green chilies
1 c. chopped green onion
1 bag shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8 lg. flour tortillas

Mix all above ingredients except tortillas. Warm tortillas between paper towels in microwave oven on "hi" for approximately 1 minute. Brush with oil on both sides. Put filling on tortillas and fold in sides and ends to form pocket.

Put on oiled cookie sheet with folded side down. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until brown. Serve with salsa, shredded lettuce and sour cream on the side.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
