PINEAPPLE - BANANA BREAD 
3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

On a sheet of wax paper or in a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and nuts. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs and oil; stir in the dry ingredients. Add bananas, pineapples and vanilla. Mix well.

Transfer batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Cool 10 minutes in pan and remove to a wire rack to cool.
