PISTACHIO DESSERT SALAD 
1 pkg. Jello pistachio instant pudding and pie filling
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained and reserved
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix, crushed pineapple with syrup, marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl. Mix well; blend in whipped topping. Chill.
