BEEF-MACARONI SOUP 
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 med. carrot, chopped
5 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
About 1 c. cooked beef, cut into cubes
1 c. uncooked macaroni
Salt and pepper as desired

In large pot, heat water to boiling. Add vegetables. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Boil gently for 15 minutes or until vegetables and macaroni are tender.
