1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. baking powder

Beat egg, add milk. Sift the salt, sugar, flour and baking powder together. Add egg and milk to flour mixture. Have Crisco at 375 degrees. Pour mixture in funnel and move funnel around. Drain on paper towel and top with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
