BAR. B. Q. SAUCE 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. fat
2 tbsp. vinegar, cider
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Cook onion and celery in fat until onions are transparent. Add rest of ingredients and simmer at least 30 minutes.
