SPINACH OR BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1/2 c. milk
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust
1 pkg. frozen spinach or broccoli, chopped
8 or 10 oz. stick Cheddar cheese
8 or 10 oz. stick Monterey Jack cheese

Cook and squeeze water out of spinach or broccoli and dry. Place spinach or broccoli on bottom of pie shell. Grate both cheeses and mix together. Add eggs to half of the cheese mixture together with the milk and beat. Pour over the top of the spinach or broccoli in the pie shell. Top with the remaining half of the cheese mixture. Place a few pats of butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
