CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE CAKE 
This cake is easy and delicious.

CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

CHEESECAKE
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. MINI semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; press onto the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Set aside. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed until blended well. Add eggs, one at a time; mix well after each addition. Blend in chocolate pieces and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; then reduce oven to 250 degrees and bake for an additional 35 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top as desired or leave plain.
