CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 thin slices ham
4 thin slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Pound chicken breasts flat between Saran Wrap. Skin side down, roll ham and cheese up in chicken tightly. Can use toothpicks to hold close. Roll in butter, then roll in crumbs. Pour left over butter over all. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 4.

Microwave for 6 minutes, turn once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
