CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
8 slices ham, sliced thin
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
Packaged stuffing mix

Layer chicken, ham and cheese and roll. Place in casserole. Cover rolled chicken breasts with one can cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/4 cup water. Mix together 1/2 cup melted butter and 2 cups stuffing mix and spread over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
