CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2-4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
About 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Corn flake crumbs mixed with butter

Cook stuffing mix according to directions on package. Cook broccoli, boil chicken breasts. Pam spray 9x13 inch pan.

Layer stuffing, broccoli, chicken, sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, top with corn flake crumbs. Heat through in a 350 degree oven about 1/2 hour. Serve with a fresh fruit salad.
