JELLIED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 c. carrots, finely shredded
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Mix Jello with boiling water, then add cold water. Add onion and vinegar; stir. Chill until syrupy about 1 hour. Prepare vegetables. Fold into Jello. Put in loaf pan. Chill until firm.
