ANGEL FLAKE INSTANT ROLLS 
5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in
2 tsp. luke warm water
2 c. buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening. Stir in yeast. Add buttermilk. Mix. Store in refrigerator, taking out as needed, or turn out on floured board. Knead until dough can be rolled out easily. Cut as for biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
