MUSTARD DRESSING FOR LETTUCE AND
ONIONS
 
1/3 c. canned milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 to 1/2 head lettuce, broken in bite size pieces
1 onion, grated or chopped
1 carrot, thinly shredded (if desired)

Mix ingredients and pour over lettuce, onion and carrot; chill.
