BEEF - BROCCOLI PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Pastry for 2 crust 9" pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a heavy skillet saute ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown. Add cream cheese and stir until the cheese melts and coats other ingredients. Stir in broccoli. Beat in the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Line the bottom of the pie shell with half the Monterey Jack cheese. Fill the shell with the beef and broccoli mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Cover with the top crust. Bake 1 hour.
