MELON IN RUM-LIME SAUCE 
1 cantaloupe
1 sm. honeydew
1/8 of sm. watermelon
1 c. fresh blueberries
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. grated lime rind
6 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 c. light rum

In a small saucepan mix the sugar with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the lime rind and lime; cool to room temperature. Stir in the rum. Pour over cut-up fruit; let stand overnight.
