CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
4 oz. curly noodles 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1 c. Cottage cheese 3/4 c. chicken, cooked 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp. thyme or basil Cook noodles in boiling salt water; drain. Combine 1/2 of the cheese and all remaining ingredients with noodles. Spread in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
