SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
20 oz. spinach, cooked
Tomato sauce

Cook noodles and drain. Mix Ricotta cheese, and spinach. Layer noodles, tomato sauce, Mozzarella cheese, noodles, spinach and Ricotta cheese. Repeat. The last layer should have tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
