FUDGE RIBBON CAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs
2 tbsp. plus 1 1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 butter at room temperature
4 env. choco-bake

Cream 2 tablespoons butter with cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch. Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Grease and flour pan. Combine flour and 2 cups sugar, salt, baking powder and soda in large mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup milk. Blend on lowest speed of mixer. Add 1/3 cup milk, 2 eggs, chocobake and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread half of batter in pan. Spoon cheese mixture over batter, spreading carefully to cover. Top with remaining batter, spread to cover.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. (13 x 9 pan)
